Starfleet Captains for Marriage Equality (vector)

A Starfleet version of the current marriage equality avatar meme. I can't take credit for the idea: this logo was widely shared after George Takei posted a version of it on Twitter with the comment "Equality. The final frontier." [link] However, I couldn't find a hi-res source so redrew it as a vector.

Gene Rodenberry set Star Trek in a future based on the ideals of equality, with racial equality a core theme of the original Star Trek series. In 1968, the original series episode "Plato's Stepchildren" famously showed one of the first interracial kisses on US television, between Kirk and Uhura. Though gay relationships have never been prominent in any of the Star Trek canon, 27 years later, the DS9 episode "Rejoined" caused similar scandal by showing an early gay kiss between Jadzia Dax and the former wife of one of Dax's previous hosts.
